Ingredients:
Spinach / Palak - 1 big bundle or 3 small bundles, clean and wash thoroughly
Paneer - 200 g
Method:
Green chillies - 3
Cloves - 3or 4
Onion - 2 medium size , chopped
Ginger - 1" piece, chopped
Garlic cloves - 4-5, mashed or ground (Garlic paste 1 tbsp)
Tomato - 1 medium sized, chopped
Salt to taste
Oil - 3 tbsp
Method:
1. Pressure cook spinach with green chillies, cloves, half of the chopped onions, ginger. Cool and grind this in to paste.
2. Heat oil in a pan.Fry chopped onion, garlic or garlic paste and tomato and saute till it becomes mushy.3. Add the ground spinach paste, salt and stir for a while adding little water according to ur consistency.
4. Add the paneer cubes and mix. Serve hot with rotis.
